Popular country singer Luke Bell has died at the age of 32 of an accidental fentanyl overdose,
according to a toxicology report released by the Pima County Medical Examiner's Office.
Bell was reported missing in Tucson, Arizona last month amid fears he was dealing with mental health issues.
On August 29, nine days after he was reported missing, the Tucson Police Department confirmed to ET that Bell had been found dead.
He was found in the 5500 block of E. Grant Road in downtown Tucson,
the police department told ET at the time. "Currently, the investigation is ongoing.
