Welcome to our home! Named after the province of South China, famous for its spicy cuisine, our family-owned and operated restaurant, The House of Hunan at Fairlawn and Medina, brings innovative, home-cooked Asian cuisine to our beloved community.
With over 100 items on our lunch and dinner menus, our guests can choose from a variety of authentic Chinese, Thai and Japanese dishes. The impressive sushi bars at all three locations offer a wide variety of sushi, sashimi, futamaki and maki rolls for lunch and dinner. House of Hunan’s ongoing lunch special allows guests to choose three rolls for just $14.
Diners looking for healthier options should consider the Grilled Favorites or Vegetarian sections of the House of Hunan menu. There you will find a variety of options that are as rich and full of flavor and texture as they are healthy. As always, since each dish is prepared to order, the chefs will modify any selection to meet your dietary needs.

It was all really good. The fried shrimp was a little overcooked but they gave us free almond cookies and fortune cookies. The crab rangoon, shrimp and broccoli, garlic chicken, chicken lo mein, and vegetable fried rice were all good. The chicken egg rolls are huge and really good too. I did think they put too many baby corns in the garlic chicken. I hate corn. Next time I would specify without it.

Love this restaurant. I have been going for years and they never disappoint. Their food is always hot and delicious, and their service is always friendly. The prices are amazing compared to other restaurants around here.

The Seafood Pan fried Noodles dinners were great ! The Teriyaki Chicken was a little fatty but the meat was good. The Lemon Chicken and sauce were good !
